Traditional priest Kwaku Bonsam has mentioned that many married women now come to him for juju over challenges in their marriages.
Speaking on Joy Prime’s Let’s Talk, he said the majority of his clients are women who come to seek ways of keeping their partners.
He linked some of the marital concerns to what he described as increasing cases of young school girls getting involved with married men.
“Women come more. Looking at the statistics, about 25 married women visit me every day.
"Most of them want their partners to love them so much. These days, young school girls are snatching people’s husbands,” he said.
Kwaku Bonsam also said that some relationship issues are not spiritual and can be addressed through lifestyle and self-care.
According to him, he often advises women to focus on their appearance instead of relying only on spiritual solutions.
“It’s not the spiritual charm; it’s the dressing, because she changed his hair, did the nails, wearing a sexy outfit,” he said.
He added that maintaining appearance can help improve attraction between partners.
At the same time, he cautioned against focusing only on physical appearance in marriage, saying character should be given more attention.
“In marriage, you don't look at the physical. Look at the heart,” he said, adding that “beauty fades with time while love and a good heart endure.”
